“Sakina’s Yoga for Runners Yoga therapy Workshop was amazing! She introduced poses and breathing techniques that I plan to implement indefinitely to both improve and better recover from my runs. Sakina was clearly thoughtful about our unique needs as runners and tailored a program that was perfect.”
