Sakina Williams holds a Master of Science degree in Yoga Therapy and brings over 25 years of yoga practice to her teaching. She is currently an instructor for the undergraduate course "Yoga Theory and Application" at Seton Hall University. In addition to her academic role, Sakina is a Reiki II energy healer and sound therapist, and she is certified in Adult Mental Health First Aid.
As a leader in the wellness research community, she is dedicated to making yoga accessible for everybody and every body. Her background in publishing and marketing has equipped her with the skills to navigate the wellness landscape effectively. Sakina believes that harmonizing the body and energizing the spirit empower the mind, fostering holistic well-being for all.
